No one should travel by showing visa in Old passport

Hi QL'ers, Hope I'll get answer for my Question who came thru the same situation, the Qn is my Wife gone for Job in India,and there she renewed her Passport. The thing is her visa in Old passport, I think she can travel along with her old passport,but today some of my friends told me that, Qatar circulated new rules stating that "no one should travel by showing visa in Old passport" is it True any body heard about that.............Thanks in advance and expecting ur answers

Ask your friends to provide proof..

It is normal practice to travl with old visa / passport along with new one.. Then get it transfered once here

Usually, Qatar Living posts any such change for all its viewers. However, I have not seen or heard of any such change in regulation so far. Also, to me it does not seem logical. .Ask your company PRO about it or wait for some other QLers to put in their views.
