Name change in RP visa -Under process

I applied RP for my wife and got approved within a 3 days of time. But unfortunately in VISA my wife name was not shown completely.( Missing 3 letters from her name) .I just went immigration to correct the name.

The officer there politely listened my problem and make changes in front of me. And asked me to check in evening (Which is yesterday evening) . When I checked in evening ,Its shows VISA UNDER PROCESS with expiry date

Till today morning -it same- UNDER PROCESS

Please reply if any one had same experience. How many days it may take to get approved.
