MoFA educational cert. stamping issue
Good day!
I am a nurse by profession. I was hired by a construction company as a site nurse. I started working with them since May 1, 2016. Our very good PRO applied the painter visa instead of nurse visa. I told him that I need the nurse visa for me to be able to process my nursing license. He said that he needs my CAV (Red ribbon - Philippines) = (diploma+transcript of records+RLE for nurse) with stamps of our embassy and MoFA. I have a CAV. Last Sunday June 05, 2016, I went to our embassy for stamping and they stamped it. Then yesterday, I went to MoFA Mesiameer for final stamping but they rejected my application for stamping because of their new guidelines and the officers told me that I should go directly to their Main Office and so I went there the following day. The main office was also rejected my application for stamping for the following reasons:
The statements below should be written on each educational documents before they do the stamping. The required information of the certificate in the statement should be as the following as of June 01, 2016:
1. Validity of the certificate data.
2. The system of study and attendance
3. Head quarter of examination (location-city-state)
4. The degree (diploma-B.A-M.A.-PhD)
5. Article tutorial scheduled for this certificate (curriculum)
6. The actual time spent by the student to get this certificate (from start to end date)
7. Education Institution (government / private)
8. Accreditation of the institution official authorities based academic in the host country during the student's study
I've seen there in MoFA main branch that almost all of the applicants were rejected by the officer guy. The officer guy is the one who gives the application number. He also consulted the main officer who do the stamping for any possibilities but the main officer also rejected my document and said that the above statements should be written in my document. They won't accept any considerations even if it is the exact meaning of the statement. Literally, the main officer wants to see those statements in my document. What should I do next? I think most embassies are not aware of this new policy.
Sheen Services,
Yes, the usual procedure. The problem is that the MoFA released a new memo and all applicants starting June 01, 2016 should follow it. Can someone clarify those things?
