I am on my company visa having 5 years contract period in agreement. Now it's 2 years working here. If I resigned my job and cancelled my visa, is it possible for me to come back to Qatar on a new visa?

Khan has perfectly explained it, thanks.

.

My mind says they won't give so many favours all at once.

So better stick to it or look somewhere else as mentioned in my previous comments.

Hello Prejith,

What I understand If you did not complete your contract then it will ban on you for pending years let suppose you have 5 years contract and you have completed 2 years and you have left the job and 3 years are still pending from contract then they will impose ban for 3 years. Better option is if you can cancel you contract with mutual understanding and het noc or find other solution but dont go with this option go through below links

@molten: Thanks for your response. Actually I want to know the legal consequences, means if I cancel my visa will be there any ban for me or any restrictions for me to come back ? Thats what I want to know And for getting another sponsor is not such a big issue which I can manage.

Doha, Look now, he gave his reason, which is a SOLID one, enough strength that I would also agree with his decision to leave the present job.

.

The 2nd part is coming back here with a new sponsor, which is even tougher than the present situation, if you ask me.

.

Final view, in Qatar , stick to the present one. Choose a new place like UAE or Oman if you want to leave / come back in the Gulf.

@Molten: That is not what he wanted to know. If you don't have suggestions to his questions then you shouldn't compound his situation.

Money is not a problem. Future is the problem. When started the carrier there was work related to my profession. But now such work is not available. If going like this I can't attain experience in my studied field. Please suggest the consequences and solutions

What is the reason you want to leave the present sponsor. Money is not everything, if you have respect here, remain here for the next 3 Years. Joys.
