Hello,

My mother had her medical yesterday for her family visit visa extension. This morning i received a text message from Metrash2 that her medical is ok so i have extended her visa via metrash.

This afternoon, i received a message from MoPH with the below message:

The Holder of the above MC No. is kindly requested to go to Ministry of Interior to complete the procedures.

Has anybody experienced the same? what needs to be done?

Suggest, you go to the ministry and find out for yourself about the matter and take care of it rather than depend people's comment at QL which may be far away from the actual requirements.
