Final Exit from Qatar

Dear Friend,

I have to go on final exit from qatar in mid of March-2017 but my house rent contract will be valid till end of march-2017. I am living with my friends and and the house contract will be transferred to one of my housemate from april 2017. Can i go on final exit in this situation or i have to cancel my house rent contract before i go. What should I do in this situation.

Please advise?

It's better to transfer the house to the next person, clear your name from any liability , that will you peace of mind. Please close all your credit cards 45 days before your travel also otherwise bank would not release all your money to you when you would close your account one / two days before your travel ......... ....... Wish you good luck & joys ........... !
