Family Visit Visa To Work Visa Procedures?

Greetings.
I came to Qatar via family visit visa under my brother's wife's sponsorship. I have found work and my company has successfully applied for a work visa for me.
Upon closer checking though, it appears that my visit visa is still currently active, with the status being "USED INSIDE COUNTRY" while the work visa under my name is listed as "VALID TO USE".
My question is, is there any additional requirements/steps needed to be accomplished by me or my company to complete the transfer of sponsorship? I ask because the company I work for is still fairly new, and we do not have a PRO with us as of now... All applications are processed by my Qatari sponsor personally, and I am the first locally hired employee in the company.
Thanks for the replies sir.
So you're saying that once my sponsor submits all my documents to immigration, my work visa status will change to "USED INSIDE COUNTRY" and will have a validity period of 3 months, then my family visit visa will be invalidated? I mainly ask because my family visit visa will expire tomorrow, and I don't want to incur any fines because of incomplete sponsorship transfer procedures.
Dear Sir,
Please ignore the above comment.
With all relevant documents, he has to manually submit at any of the immigration centers.

We do not yet have a company PRO, its the company sponsor, a Qatari national, who does all the legwork himself.
Where does he need to submit the NOC sir? I've been reading some old posts online that he needs to bring my passport to immigration for stamping and to pay a transfer fee, is this still true as of today?
Dear Sir,
Your company PRO has to submit NOC given by your brother's wife's.

Also, my work visa is listed as having a validity of 6 months, when I know that it should only be valid for 3 months from the entry/starting date... anyone?
