family visa status shows under process with expiry date and visa number

i had applied for family visa (26/12/2017) for wife and chidren ,for two days status was under review after that changed to under process for 10 days so gone to immigration office for inquiry ,they told that it will take 1week more but next day got approved and ready to print status for my children but for my wife status shows under process with expiry date and visa number,

kindly give advised what is this mean should wait or go again for inquiry
