Family visa - Spouse name in Marriage certificate and passport

Hi,

I'm working in doha on work visa and applied for family visa but i have an issue that i have marriage certificate on which my wife's name is different. After marriage, spouse name was changed with all necessary legal formalities in India and got the new passports with post marriage changed name. In my passport, spouse's name is same as mentioned in her passport and husband's name is mentioned in her passport.

My Spouse visa is still under process, so is there any problem of not having same name as mentioned in marriage certificate, please advise.
