but, now we are confused again. If you notice, I've mentioned that travel ban is not showing in Metrash (when you check via the Metrash app in his mobile). Are you saying still there will be travel ban on him? If the company gives the exit, won't he be able to leave and return?

(if you wonder why the company gives exit, this guy's manager is also from Bangladesh and he knows his living place and family as well and the manager knows he'll be returning)

It depends on the judge who is preceding over the case. The accused can keep Qatari sponsor as guarantor or a friend has to appear in front of judge and keep his passport as guarantee. Till the accused doe't return back to Qatar his friend (guarantor) will have travel ban.

@britexpat: Thanks. I will inform him to request for the exit permit from the company (they are ready to give exit). As nothing's showing for travel ban enquiry in his Metrash login also, hopefully he will not have any trouble crossing immigration while exit and re-entry.

Usually if there is a travel ban , then they will inform you.

Also, if his PRO applies for the exit / reentry, then it should get flagged

the last option is to contact the immigration office and enquire

A friend of this guy (who's a PRO) has told him even there's no travel ban, he won't be able to pass the immigration of HIA. I have no idea of these things. But, really want to help him because he's very desperate.
