Commercial Registration/ change of employment/ visa

Hi all, hope everybody is doing great. I am about to face some issues regarding my visa status. I would like to know:

if commercial registration is closed by my company, and still my QID has 4 months to expire, and I am having NOC, am I eligible to stay QATAR and change the employer if found suitable one?

No they didnot.

One another thing: Do any company can close their CR that holding emplyees? Do they need to cancel all visas before closing CR?

NO.. I am on work visa.. and NOC is given ....

but that sponsorship cancel your visa? so u r in work visa ?
