Also do i have the option to come to Qatar on free visa?

I guess it will be the same and might be somewhat worse as you will be spending money to come here and then also to maintain yourself. At the end the result may be zero. With no jobs coming in, you will start to get frustrated and depressed. I have come across so many people who come here on business and "on arrival visa" looking for a job and then went back empty handed. My suggestion is for you work in your home country and keep on applying through job sites.

I have applied so many jobs but no one really accepted. will it be the same even if i come to Qatar as i'm a female?

You can come a look for a job here on business visa. If you are successful in finding one, your employer will take over the job of changing the visa to a work visa. As for "Free Visa" it is illegal and also risky.

Suggest, you visit various job sites and apply through them rather than go to the trouble of coming here and go job- hunting. It will save you from much frustrations as jobs are not easy to find here especially for females in your field of work.
