Business Visa Extension - Procedure

Please be advised the sponsor company to send an email to the visa section of the Airport Immigration at ([email protected] ) along with an official letter, the

visa copy, computer card copy, to get a proper guidance & approval if you can still extend the business visit visa & if they will open for you additional extension period on the system in order the sponsor company to be able to extend the visa via their Metrash 2 account or through the MOI E- Services), if the visa cannot be extended anymore, you should register for repatriation flight & exit the country in order to avoid a penalty of QR 200 per day). Please note that sadly this month is the last month for the extensions, therefore kindly highly consider the exit before expiry to avoid a penalty of QR 200 per a day.

If you want to go back home then go ahead and try to arrange a repatriation flight though your embassy. If you want to stay then look for another job. It seems your current employer doesn't want to keep you so either go home, or start looking for another job.

I've contacted my embassy and unfortunately they don't have any info. I tried to reach out to MOI without any success.

Because of the current situation, it is very difficult to tell if that information is accurate. I would recommend you going to immigration at the airport and ask there. They would be able to tell you. You can also contact your Embassy.
