Anyone with experience of Spouse Visa (male) to getting employed full time?

Hi All, I am a male and have a spouse visa of Qatar but I m working out of Qatar. I have recently been hired by a company in Qatar and they have asked me for sponsorship transfer. Can anyone pl answer the following questions for sponsorship transfer if they have experience in it?

1. Is Bachelors Degree attestation from home country’s Qatar Embassy also required besides Master’s degree as the Company’s PRO has requested for the same. 

2. For CEID, Company’s PRO is saying that no Police Certificate from Home country required...(also CEID PCC application form states that for Transfer of Sponsorship no Home Country PCC required) however I m confused as its not only a sponsorship transfer, its also an employment and under employment home Country PCC is required. Can anyone share their experience and not just mere guesses or copying info from Ministry’s websites as I have surfed through all of them.

3. Can PCC or Good Conduct letter from Home Embassy in Qatar can suffice for the same?
