Absconding case and how to release?

Dear Friends,

I need suggestion and information what is the procedure for get release from Absconding case. I had been working a reputed company as a Manager from 2013 to 2016 after that they terminated my job and kept open my RP. I had searched 9 month and I did not find a good Job but they forced me to changed the sponsorship, but I did not get job then how could I changed the Job, I requested to HR department by email to provide me some times for get a job but they without any information files a abscond case against me. Already I have travel Ban by the Bank which my previous company was awarded. I got a new Job a good company as well my RP is going to expired on 9th Feb 2017

My Question is what can I do with this situation? Where I will go to solve this issue?

Dear all thanks for your suggestion and information. Mr. Molten Metal I had been terminated by company and company said they are ready to provide NOC that the reason I am now at Doha for try to find a Job, because I have personal loan and Travel Ban. They knows everything then why abscond case. Also I have informed by email that I was going on interview as well proved some days. The HR manager one of the worse man and he is played with innocent people. God will punish him I am sure.

You should have followed their advice to leave for home in 2016, that was an intelligent idea. That would have saved you from complicating the matter for you. Always co operate with the higher management / sponsor to reap benefits & awards. ...... ............. .......... ..........
