HOW TO UPdate visit visa details in metrash

I want to add the middle name of my sister in her approved visa because they(Qatar embassy in Philippines) were rejecting it on visa stamping, if it doesnt have the middle name. The customer service advised me to change it thru metrash, and it says already updated. The customer service told me to wait until this afternoon, but as of now, the actual visa copy wasnt changed yet. Do you have an idea until when will I wait?

(This is my 4th time of taking a relative for visit visa, but this is the first time I encounter such problem)
