Hello, My daughter has forgotten her password on her dell i5 laptop. Unfortunately cannot find the recovery disks. Does anyone know where i can take the laptop to be totally reconfigured with Windows 7.

@wal, as an IT administrator, it is easy to do that as it can be done through Linux operating OS. Let me know if you need any help. Maximum it will take 5 mins if everything goes fine.
if your windows is original, you can call he customer service of windows or dell service support.You can get the number from the website.
