Samsung S5 launched in Qatar

Intertec Group, the authorised distributor of Samsung in Qatar, launched the new Samsung Galaxy S5 smartphone yesterday.

The launch event at midnight, a first for Qatar, was a result of “extraordinary market response and large number of pre-booking.”

Customers started gathering outside Intertec-Samsung Al Nasr branch from 10pm on Thursday. George Thomas, Intertec Group CFO and adviser to the chairman, unpacked the Samsung S5 in front of a big crowd.

Anybody planning on buying this new phone? What do you think of the S5?

compare it with sony experia z2 cos now they compete on water resist on 1,5m for 30 minutes..

based on reviews and videos i have seen.. i think it is awesome.. i do hope that they also bundle it with some sort of mobile package so that you dont have to pay for the phone.. or pay very little..
