Don't change from Ooredoo to Vodafone and expect to change back
I changed to Vodafone trying to save money, but it turns out the Vodafone signal in our office building is very poor, so I tried to change back. OMG... 8 tries later and still rejections. Signature not clear.. Account not something (paid in advance since try 2). Sent 2 emails, made 5 calls to 110. We will call you back sir... this decade still?
Finally I realized they are a bunch of crooks trying to steal Ooredoo numbers. They are waiting for people to give up after so many tries and close the account and they get to keep the number.
Does anyone know where is their business service department? I want to look up the GD MFs and speak to the dear soul (I want to say half-brained twat but that would not be nice) who keeps on rejecting my requests.
