Transfering of Visa from Family Visit Visa to Working Visa.

Dear Readers,

Hope you can help me for my problem i just want to know only if how long it will take to change visa from family visit visa to working visa.

Actually i bring my wife via family visit visa and now she found job all the documents forwarded in the employer and the employer inform us to wait for 4 to 5 weeks to process the visa i just want to know if that is normal number of days to wait to transfer a family visit visa to a work visa?

She a lady my wife actually, she hired in Hamad hospital so if working in government transferring of visa is take too long to process?

If they Have already ladies visa only they can get in one day , but they don't have ladies visa they need to get visa approval for the company its depends up on the type of business for the company and nationality of the applicant ,
