Spoken Arabic

Dear All,

I can read and write Arabic (average),but can't speak.
Don't want to spend time by Joining in universities or special classes.
Prefer to speak Arabic with a native Arabic speaker who should be good at English.
It would be really great if a good person can help me on this.
