SMS from my computer

Is there any program or website where I can SMS to my friend's mobile phone through the internet? I know there are programs like google that does it for people living in the US, but how about Qatar?

on the top, where you see AR and some arabic letters, there's a small arrow, press it, and you'll see a choice of other languages

WADJA is for free as far as i can remember... but i haven't tried it for a while. u have to activate it through ur email only..
