Unless you meant how much does Hotshots charge for membership then its Qr. 500/- last time i checked. all you get is to play for Qr. 25/- per hour instead of Qr. 35/- and i think u get a 10% discount on any of their accessories. Not worth the membership if you are not a regular player.
I dont think there's any billiards place in Wakra that i know of or heard of. The closest you'll get is Hotshots which is located on Airport road. Currently membership to QLBilliards Group is restricted to those that show up for at least 1 of our meet ups.
