just arrived last november here in Doha,,, at first it was really so depressing,the people i knew here in Doha were only my mom, cousin and her few friends... so sad.... thanks to my beloved international group.... :) i met them and life started much better... more when i found a good job and good officemates.... even though they are of different nationalities and mostly men.... I am now happy being here in Doha..... New Environment,, New Work,,,New Friends,,, and new Life :)) Learning to love it.......

It's just a reminder that as Admins, they have the responsibility to be neutral and equal treatment to friends and "perceived-enemy". In the first place, the motto of the group is to unite "all" Filipino's (primary) and non-Filipino's who support Filipino values (such as those married to our KAbayans.

In fairness to the group, I can confirmed that there is no truth about it. I never comment in this issue, I always stay neutral to all of u. And you know what I mean po. Lili.Rochefort and pasador you do not have a pending subscription to the group so your IDs do not appear on the pending list. You have to subscribe again. Please read my PM to you dated March 20.

britexpat you also do not have a pending subscription to the group so your ID also does not appear on the pending list.

aerodrive, your ID is on the pending list but you currently have 21 points. It is the group policy to have 50 QL points to be approved. Please read the link above.

Also, to clarify, there is a time limit to the pending subscription list (I am not sure of the duration). IDs are automatically dropped on the pending list after sometime. So there maybe times that when we look into the list your ID was already dropped from the last time we viewed it. This is beyond the group admins control. You just have to subscribe again.

i also did try to join. nomerci is right. there are procedures they are following. and one of it is earning points in QL. just check with the group page and you'll find the guidelines there.

vitzkelly, you can't join like that. You need to apply, and then wait for notice from "treysdad" who is running the group. It is nothing personal against you, it is just how things are done. Be a little patient, and all will be fine. They are a very nice and helpful group.

There is more to Qatar then pinoys and pinays so look around and you will come across some wonderful people from various lands and cultures. Try avoding being different or thinking of yourself as more special or better from the rest.
