Not yet activated or blocked

I was registered before here, but when i tried to log in today it says "not yet activated or blocked". I checked the classifieds rules and found out i violated rule #3.

Is there any chance to reactivate the old account? if yes, how long will it take?

Now, i created a new account, am i going to be blocked again?

I faced a similar situation once, but i don't know the exact reason, but MOD was so polite to me, he reactivate my acc, try your luck.

bring passport copy + ID copy + web driver's license + fees

+ taxes and take your number in queue then they will open it again for you after 15 days from the date of submit
