No Tobacco Day

I have a question to the authorities. Since there is widespread sale of chewy tobacoo called 'Sweka' or 'Naswar', isn't it time they also have a "No Sweka Day" or "No Naswar Day" in addition to the so-called "No Tobacco Day' . That should be a great relief to the residents living in Al Wifak Street, near Dar Al Qutub, considering the amount of traffic jam and nuisance they cause due to their illegal sale. Apparently, it is the hottest selling street where all teenagers to adults, students to high-ranking officials come to buy them.
In the ancient India Drinks / smoking some stuff was used to concentate the mind on meditation & forget the surroundings by spiritual fellows in the forests & mountains ............... they were doing it for a purpose but modern man is different ................ .............. ............ ...... A car is a road vehicle, typically with four wheels, powered by an internal combustion engine and able to carry a small number of people. Does Rizks Tuk-Tuk have these features? Then, yes it counts as a car.
Does Rizks' Tuk-Tuk count as a car ?
I vote for a "No-Car Day" once a month.
When will we celebrate '' No Alcohol Day '' ...............
