No more smiles at Thai smiles restaurant

If you are a Thai food lover and would like to try something new, Thai Smiles is no the place to be. We went last night and during the course of our meal, we saw this acrobatic rat who came in through the A/C and went zipping through the kitchen counter running on the prep area. When I asked the waiters/tress, they just smiled at me (giving me the notion that it was their pet or he is a frequent visitor). What do we do to eat good food in Doha? I hope the Municipality of Food Safety is keeping an eye on all the safety standards in the restaurants in Doha. I just hope we did not eat Rat Phad thai, or rat in red curry.
