New Years Eve Brunch

Greetings - and let me start by wishing all who read this a very happy new year!!

I'm looking a suitable hotel in Doha for myself, the wife and a 12 year old to have Brunch today. We're not wanting to stay out too late, but would like to spend the afternoon wining and dining with an all inclusive buffet and wine experience!

Can anyone point me in the right direction? I know most of the hotels do a brunch, but want to know if anyone has any word on somewhere doing an event for NYE. And would I have to book before arriving?

(only been here a week, so still don't quite know the lie of the land!!)
