need info about laptop

Assalam-u-Allaikum, I need information about laptops.I need to buy a cheap and good working laptop which can manage load and wont be hanging and giving tough time while using internet or playing some videos or youtube. it should have a CD rome sure,. my average is 2000 qrs to pay.

Please suggest.

buy toshiba or asus i5 processor and 4gb ram..or any brand but must be i3 to i5 ang 4gb up processor
