beach club as in a facility near a beach that is so good you don't think of the oily stinky stuff over here.

All the beaches around Doha are oily and dirty waters, can one really bathe in them, appart from rammimg your Jet Skis around the sea shore..

Has anyone ever seen a Qatari at a Beach. If so then that will be my favorite beach..
