A Math Question...
Question
1 day your boss give you a 100 US$ to buy some birds for him, he want 3 type of birds, (i) sparrow (ii) pigeon (iii) parrot, and he want 100 birds in 100 US$ which should be including all 3 types of birds (quantity you have to decide for each bird). so here is the market price for those birds.
(i) sparrow - US$ 1 = 20 sparrow
(ii) pigeon - US$ 1 = 1 pigeon
(iii) parrot - US$ 5 = 1 parrot
so now how you will buy all 3 types of birds, total 100 birds in 100 US$, should be no balance and no extra bird
100 = 100
lol jack.. this was too easy to get the title ;)
Congrats WK you are a Maths boy....mathboy!!!
well done WK for quick answer
IM just on the ones that interest me
Solved already......
WK how do you manage to jump in first on all the new topics....
Does he plan to buy some more animals ?
Good whytek, if you did not hear about it before, then you did a raelly good work.
yehh good one.. my ans same wk ans :))
your anser is wrong deepb,
if you calculate the ammount its ok, but if you calculate the number of birds, its more then 100, its should be in 100 US$, 100 birds, no balance and no extra,
this is the mind excercise.
Oh wait, I missed the part about requiring 100 birds. Makes more sense now.
It's not a difficult question and it doesn't have a single unique answer, so what's the point in saying he must know it before?
1 parrot is enough, 1000 sparrows, and 45 pigeons.
Hadn't read it before but it's not so hard as there were only 4 options to choose from, 20 sparrows, 40 sparrows, 60 sparrows, 80 sparrows. I tried the combination with 80 sparrows and got it, that's all. No need for any Maths knowledge for this.
he must be knwoing this b4 :P ... isnt it WK?
he must know it before, its very old question.
I prefer 19 parrots, 4 pigeons and 20 sparrows. Btw, whats the point of this exercise?
WK you are genius ..in 2 mints you got the answer..:)
Good, very fast "whyteknight"
too early in the morning to do calculationss...
19 Parrots
1 pigeon
80 Sparrows
