Anybody knows who have a scanned copy of the QDC Application form (blank copy of course). I don't wanna go back and form just to get a copy. Much better to go there complete already. Thanks

by the way thanks.. even i was looking for the procedure to get the card..
But is it that easy if you all the required doc.. will they give the card in no time..
you dont need to address the letter to qdc-that way you can tell the company that you need it for someother purpose(your salary certificate)..you can also get the permit with a 'whomsoever it may concern' letter..your basic salary,marital status and accomadation should be mentioned..fill in the qdc form along with this letter..some deposit i guess 1000qr..thats all..njoy..

..when u have done finished all the paper work nd walk towards the shelves and see the price of that Marula spirit
1. Take NOC/service/salary cert from your company
2. go to QDC near Safari Mall before 7.30 PM, go upstair office, carry your photographs (I think they get your instant photo there...i forgot...Liquor Effect....lol
3. Fill the form there, deposit 1000 QR (refundable)
4. within Minutes you'll get your card....and you are KING.....
5. buy booze at downstairs, go directly to Home....enjoy being KING...
6.. Log-in QL and start...............
There is refundable security deposit of AR 1,000
Do we need to pay anything for the licence?
Get the Letters required, from your company that is stated on the application form.
Go to QDC, fill in the form.
Take photo
Wait.
Collect New card.
Buy Booze.
Done.
If you are muslim, i doubt that your company will give you the letter.
Normally the steps are.. take letter from company
go to QDC, fill a form, wait for some minutes and get the card.
But the letter from company is must, if you cant get it, u cant make the card.
