Karwa Busdrivers doing malpractices.

It has been observed that the Karwa bus drivers now in doha are indulging in malpractices. This morning i was travelling from Sofitel to Al Sadd, on a bus no. 31, at 6.30 am whey i gave QR 3 to the driver he asked me to go and sit, and said no need for ticket since you are getting down at Al Sadd. Also there was two -three Bangaladeshi Nationals sitting just behind the seat of driver, who were wearing Karwa Uniforms also were collecting back the tickets from those people who got down near to the La cigale hotel. They are not stopping at the bus stops where they think the person who is at the stop is carrying a faresaver card. These drivers are reselling the ticket. as per my knowledge if you handover the ticket back to the driver you will get QR 1.00 back. Karwa authorities should stop this kind of practices. Even their checking inspectors are closing their eyes towards this. I have launched a complaint in the Mowasalat website..but dont know what would be the outcome.

They might want to be part of this 'malpractice' too..

Just like everything here, corruption is the normal way.

You just can't trust some people to be honest.

There's no point complaining because the person you complain to at Mowasalat will just think 'gee, that's a good idea, I wonder how I can get some of the profit'.

I completely agree with this happening at Karwa Bus Service. I faced the same situation twice. Once i raised my voice to get a ticket. And the next time was, some wat fooling me. I entered the bus by 8:40 pm and got a dirty ticket of 7:10pm. On bus number 49. But did not reacted on it. Coz I had to travel a short distance from muntazha to najma only.
