Karwa Bus Route "HELP"

Hello,

I need ur help.
I lived in Al saad near old PSD and I wanted to go to industrial area st. 24 by KARWA bus. Can any body help me where will i go to wait for the bus and which route i'm going to take and the timings? i want to be in industrial @ 0700 hr.

i tried to analyze the map on this site

but i really don't understand the route esp the numbering (am sorry) it's my first time.

please-please-please if you can help me with this.
