When you are in the company, its obvious you learn everything.....no matter how dull a person is , once he or she gets the entry then it becomes easy to master your job..

Plus, 'others' with approach get the job and they are the ones who sit idle,

Then who works ?

Yes, agree to some extent but on other way, most of the deserving candidates I have seen every part of the world sits ideal while others with approach gets the chance. Here I also have noticed if you have talent it hardly matters but if you have contacts with no talent you are in...

Bt I failed to understand, why companies spend so much on the candidates when they get most of them here ...or before the vacancy is vacant the people working there have informed their kith's and kins and arranged their job there hahah

No!

Since the majority of employees come here on pre arranged work visas, then there is no need for "walk in" interviews.
