I have coffee shop , I will finish study in UK after 3 years

What do you suggest on a coffee shop under the direction of someone or rented to those who can manage during the period of absence outside the country with him all the powers and the existing equipment and I am grateful to those who know someone who wants to occupy such an buisiness

I talked with some one who suggest to rent the place, now I have Convinced that this is the perfect solution Anyone ready or knows who are ready tell me what is his offer and I have approved or denied Decision
