Saeed, It has nothing to do with the image size. As mentioned by tinkerbell there are some problems with the site. It is better to upload the image in Photobucket or similar sites and copy paste their html link here.

1) Open an account with Imageshack http://imageshack.us/
2) Upload your pictures
a) resize you image to 320x240,
b) click remove size/resolution bar from thumbnail
3) On the righthand side of your uploaded pictures you will see icons
4) Click the 'share' icon (pop up window will open)
a) Unclick 'full size box'
b) copy paste 'sites' link to QL comments/message board
