How to get permit to buy Liquor?

As New year is approaching fast, I wanted to buy some booze.Any suggestions how to get the permit to buy from relevant authority?

ask your employer that you need to obtain a liquor license and they will write a letter stating income, position etc.

take the letter together with a QAR 1,000 refundable deposit and your Qatari ID (can't remember if you need this though) and you should be fine.

shop: sat-thu 10:30am - 7:30pm

permit office: sun-thu 8am - 7:30pm

sat 10:30am - 7:30pm
