never heard this expression before..."what in the hell"....see thats why you need to learn languages my friend! LOL
And you shouldn't call Doha an "arabic city"...."malayalam city" would be a more suitable term
better question is, what in the hell are you going to use french for in an arabic city ? LOL.

btw CCF are normally quite good, if u can afford 2400QR for 50 hours.
