hey y all
me a creative and event co-ordinator here at qatar .....
i really wanna knw wht u guys n gals think will surely click in qatar ....
let it be events on cars, bikes or/and quad
indian or european, dj, rain dance ..... speciality such as ftv or malborrow parties ..... etc .........
we plannin on creatin the event scene in qatar alot better ..and we wann do it right.
all your suggestion would be greatly appricieated and surely wud help us understand qatar alot better
wer else wud b a better option to get a right opinion other thn qatar living ...right!!

who said its not allowed there have rain dance couple of years ago in intercon

we wernt sure hw much qatar would accept an event like this so soon...

we have an huge establishment of sound and light at dubai sharjah and ajman .... although local help wud be real helpful
thexonix may i say .... the idea is real sweet .... but from wat i knw ... permission fer such a thing wud b a hasssle ... wen we thought rain dance wudn't b accepted how in the world do u think such a thing wud work.
our company prolly scandanlise the whole qatar with an event such as tht ..

cars yea .... always a hit anywer .... but u hafta realise the car scenes are far better in u.a.e, bahrain or saudi.... unless it is a middle east event and there is sumthin spectacular all we have is a small gatherin of qatar automobile enthusiast.
this is not me talkin .... wen i had put an option thru this is wat i gt frm above.
what id like is if someonecan come up with a particular idea and everyone agrees i can put it thru.
we did approch a couple of automobile companies .... most of em wernt too keen on launchin anythin out ere ...... their excuse was doha is a small market.
so I would think a lot of car shows where they bring the new models/concept cars etc and show them would go over big. Also boat shows, monster truck rallys, motorcross races etc. A huge population of bored men (check above responses) here would like those sort of manly events.

what I should to the point. Did not pay attention to my grammar or let’s just
say internet lingo got the best of me,
Rain dance was an option for the second week of June in Doha,
since we were doing it in Bahrain anyways, isn’t sure if Qatar is ready for it
yet or how the response will be.
hopefully in the future.
