Do you know any backbiters in your office?

dude i am doing the first two points but the third i can't control... :(

coz new to qatar and and dont know arabic.. so lill bit problem for me..

any ways i work my best.. since i try to finish the work quick and without any sort a mistake...

so can we ignore 3rd??? ;)

and on fourth i will try to tell them in english... lol

I was recently bitten by my puppy "Justine", when i was feeding him with my hand. I had vaccinated because of that of course. I'm glad vaccine was formulated!!!

Anyway, with that incident, I have realized there are people (i'm sorry for those who are not...)who are like dogs. That even if you treat them like more that friends, help them with everything, and share them everything but still bite you unexpectedly. I have lots of experience on that and i have learned my lessons.

Never trust anyone of your personal life as someone has suggested earlier. And in case you have entrusted your personal life and later on you were treated as such... then don't worry cause you are glad you have known their true colors. Besides it is not your lost, it's theirs. coz they have lost a great person and a friend like you. Someone deserves your love and friendship. In addition to that, don;t worry/cry when someone or something is lost in your life because there is someone/something worthy is coming.

Experience is a good teacher. Don't take it for granted. Instead learn from it.

i prefer frontbiter, it makes me happy....

If someone is laughing, laugh with him,

If someone is singing, sing with him,

If someone is working, let him work!

and never disclose that you are QLing from office, it may come in handy for the backbiters...:)

They are everywhere ,in Gulf it s the way of living..

Snakes snakes snakes... i used to give a shit in the beginning...but i felt like im the one whoz feeding them. so i quite caring about all that shit...they called me a drug dealer, sale stolen cars, an alcoholic...etc.

Just keep your smile all the time and keep laughing in their faces on anything you hear even if it’s not funny lol...that would drive them crazy

if they are making a story which is not true and can destroy me and my work offffff i'll have all her teeth remove....let's see if she can still bite... worse is she can not open her mouth at all...lol

im happy with my life and maybe they're not..maybe they're just jealous..ouch!!!!

in my previous office.. no DOGS but SNAKES... hizzzzz....

People's criticism and sarcasm can show the other side of you.. it tests your true attitude and character.

So, be wary....and MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS :)

there are lots of 'em here in my office and and they act as if they own this company... they are really good in making up stories about you to the boss! :)

1. keep yourself busy with work. don't mind your others as long as your boss is happy with what you are doing.

2. less talk less mistake. never disclose any of your personal things. the more they know about you, the more they have something to talk about.

3. avoid having too much personal calls and chatting during office hours. they can also look after this.

4. if you want to join with their chats during break time, give them a good story on what happened to your former officemate whom you slammed after you knew she / he was backbiting you. scare them. Show them you are not tnat kind and better for them to be very careful with you.

your officemates may be friendly to you and you to them but that does not necessarily means you're friends. It is much better if you keep your personal life PRIVATE...no need for them to know where and what what you and your other friends (or GF/BF) did the night before or over the weekend.

2nd tip: DO YOUR JOB and work...you're being paid to do so...why mind your officemates. You came to Qatar to work...

If people are back biting about you, it just means you are doing good for yourself and they are jealous. So nothing to worry about.

back-biting is more of a girls' thing...be this in office or elsewhere..

I think if you are not noticed, you can go long in the position otherwise you will get bite automatically.
