There is a limit already.

Many locals enjoy driving their classic cars,so how can you implement such a rule ?

I know for certain that any car which is older than 20 year can be inspected at the IA only.

In Dubai, you are allowed to keep it or export it but not selling it.

alternatively, there should be a limit on the percentage of carbon monoxide in the exhaust which shows the condition of the engines and monitored yearly for all cars..

Why are people saying it's impossible.

Dubai has a ban on vehicles more than 10 years old for quite a while.

Not Supporting... Ban shall be based on the condition of cars & requirements by the Traffic Dept Rules(Like Air bags, etc ). should not be the age of car...Vehicle condition checking can be modernised....
