fatboy ... you posted on the rather old ancient thread that posted a year ago. You should make a new thread on your own.

So ,,the craic is ....

I may move over with job offer to Doha, well Qatar, probably Doha, the final destination has yet to be disclosed, yep a 2 yr contract, I'm wondering is it really safe, I mean if you read around the web its: mind you house, your P's & Q's ,watch your back, don't be regular,,mix it up , put your lady in the back seat >?

I have many questions as I just recieved my job offer 2 days ago, totally out of the blue, and I'd have to do the research,,but that's easy,,I'd probably fly out for a night or two just to have a gander ,,can you be arrested for a sailors tongue? only joking .......kinda

alright don't always read what you believe etc but is it as cool and as safe?

anyone?

what say you traveling folks any advice would be wonderful :

like sunhine on my face

or as the clash said shoudl I stay or should I go,,

The beginning of December is not possible for me either. I have to work the whole games time. If it was at the end of the month that would be great. :(

Yeah I can't make my mind up which to watch. Dubai 7s with 30,000 expats and as much beer as you can drink or DAG with 6 spectators and a shawarma stand!!!!!

It is the very beginning of Dec so you won't miss much of the games anyway

Rugby season starts again in mid september. It starts picking up from when all teachers back and training starts though.

By the way I hope you are arranging to come to the Dubai Sevens at the beginning of December. It is the best party in the middle east and must be up in the global top 10. You would love it.

30,000 people in the lovely sunshine with massive quantities of lager for 3 days!!!

You can get cheap flights and tickets at rugby club (not sure if you have to be a member)

u are a westerner and planning to work as a nanny ... that is really rare ... only thing i can think of is you will be working for a high up family or someone related to the royal family ... any case i have got a feeling you are in for a handfull with them although being western there will be a greater deal of respect for you.

and there are quite a few irish ... probably congragte around the drink holes of garveys, rugby club and rydges

good luck with the little rascals got a feeling u'll need it.
