It was a supeb concert last night, the best ever concert ive ever had. theyre stunning and so great, I was one of those so lucky who are inch away and have a chance to shook hands..lolz..close encounter per say, of which i never thought so, i was just listening as my parents playing their song. long live the legend.

I may not be in the position, but let me express , in behalf of the filipinos, a many thanks to the person/family who won being the highest bidder in the auction of electric guitar with the signature/autograph of air supply. the cash from the bidding will be donated the recent victims of the disaster/floods in the Philippines, Guys, you just dont know how many people will be happy for that.

those who have watched the show, any word???

And what's the purpose of buying tickets with reserved seats?

By Mac89• 26 Oct 2009 20:23

good for you, coz you have the money. And this is what they call organized???

... and was taken into the spirit of the whole venue :)

I don't expect to sit down in a concert... so I suppose I didn't mind :)

Really when the reality is I bought a 300QR tickets and all those standing which i know has paid only QR100, went ahead of us into the front row. How would you explain that?

By Alumnar• 26 Oct 2009 13:09
Alumnar

Since when do guitars need cords to work?? Hellooo??? It was so life as life could be!

The first 3 rows of the concert were reserved for organizers - that is what I was told when I purchased the tickets at Villaggio's Virgin Stores. I didn't think it was chaos at all and I am happy they allowed people to come forward to create the spirit of a concert.

Its a good concert BUT to the organizers, sorry you did a very poor job, it's chaos - all those supposedly standing went to the VIP seats. And did anyone notice that (maybe) it's a recording, all guitars has no cords.

just feeling great for all the nice words about the concert..yes, it is another PIBQ's feather on the cap.

the performance of the group was really astonishing, which myself did not expect thinking that they're "old" to do the trick...but i hear only all praises after that night...

it was a nice concert as a whole- nice lighting, nice audio, just a manageable crowd... although i do not have any point of comparison as it was the first concert i watched here in doha...

and since i watched it with someone special, it makes all the love songs sound much sweeter...

to the organizers of that show, bring in more bands (both foreign and Filipino)...

--> it is better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all...

And I loved every second of it. The pinoy spirit was there wherever you looked (and I am not a pinoy) and they were so good and audience friendly! Lovely music - and I just loved them singing the Power of Love!
