I have cleared the interview for ZADCO(Adnoc Group) and have been given two options to choose from of either a Direct Hire(Salary plus benefits) or Special Contract (Fixed day rate for each day worked).I need to fill in and send across the rates for both the options.I have been hired for the Contracts engineer position.I
Has anyone got any experience on the pay packages being offered by Zadco and also feedback on the company from a professional perspective are welcome.
Sorry , Am not in a position to answer your quoestion , but can you answer my question please..
Am looking for a position in Zadco and I want to know about their interview structure and hows done.
And also how much they are offering to Indians...
Thank you Goodboy. Also my letter says that "free accommodation" will be provided by the company.Does that mean that ZADCO offers accommodation(similar to Rasgas/Qatargas) or house rent allowance(QP)? Considering the high cost of rentals in Abu Dhabi I would rather prefer a company provided accommodation.
Hi,
I am ex ADNOC staff for a long time. ZADCO direct payroll offer you with a full package including all the facilities. Contract Hire is an dis advantage for you without any facilities. But your salary is good. Better than the direc hire. but my suggession is to demand for a more salary on direct payroll. Further, I personally know ZADCO's Contracts Department Manager.
I recommend you demand for more salary. Is your package is 200% difference than the direct payrol or 100%. you know better. So calculate and make dicision. ADNOC is one of the largest oil companies in the world.
All the best
From your previous posts (few weeks ago) you were working with Qatar Petroleum, resigned and left the country. You were approached by a private oil and gas company, now you have an offer from Zadco which is an Abu Dhabi based offshore oil company. No company in the world will through this option to you as you have to decide your own salary. Stop this nonsense.
Thanks ! Any idea of the basic salary being offered or the grade category for Contracts Engineer in ZADCO? Any ex Zadco guys around??
is u r job of techincal / offshore nature or fixed? if u r thinking for short to medium term i think day rate will be good, hopefully it will be higher day rate, if u r thinking for long term and taking u r family than go for fixed with accommodation, car, schooling etc
