Working hour deduction

Hello der,,,,,,is there any one from here can help us on what to do regarding the deduction of working hours.....We are working from 7 am till 7 pm but hence our timing input are deducted because of the break time,,,,bottom part of it we are getting 3 hours over time instead of 4 hours because of the 1 hour break for the lunch time.....please advise regarding the said issue...thnx QL'rs
My understanding is that, this means that where the hours have been set, i.e. the employee will work for 40 hours per week, the rest periods have been calculated into that 40 hour working week. So, a one hour break may be paid for as part of the 40 hour working week. I have yet to see a minimum H&S break requirement... your employer may elect to give you only 20minutes paid for you to eat lunch... this is unclear.

can you please elaborate more the bold character showing in the labour law regarding the interval.........i was just confuse on what was written....many thnx
I work from 7-3 no breaks included if I want and hours break I will have to work longer. Nowhere, that I know of gets the lunch break paid.
To be honest I don't think this is in the labour law...we work 12 hours and have an hour unpaid......same the world over as far as I'm aware....
