Who to blame?????

The basic salary offer is less and less and packages become small and small in DOHA now. Those effects to our life become family to single and end up like living alone. People are complaining why you took this salary or package. On the other hand they have no choice to take this because the need to feed their family. How about from employer vision to them and us? Do they consider the quality of their staff or the profit for them? Is it linking between quality people and profit?
Blaming is a big issue in here and some people are really scare of threading to them with this salary or package issues when the contract term became closed to the end to renew for new one.
