Where I come from, there is no such thing as a stupid question. I haven't accepted my offer yet so, obviously, I'm not familiar with all the companies in Qatar.

As qatarisun says, it doesn't matter if you get salary in Dollar or QRial as the QRial is pegged to Dollar, if the Dollar weakens, the Qrial weakens. If Qatar depeg from Dollar this will change.

I am not sure who give you the choice of currecy ..as far as I aware, in Qatar, all wages are paid in QR.. so I am not sure what's your dilema?
Qatari riyal is pegged to the US dollar anyway, and it's 1US$= 3.65 QR
