What Salary I should expect??

Hi All!!!

I am a Senior Software Engineer from India with 5 years of Industry experience.
I am invited for an interview with Qatar airways for their IT department for the post Dotnet profiler.

Can anyone give me an idea of the salary I should ask.

Also What is the scope for an IT professional in Qatar?

Salary-15000 riyals.

accomodation-5000 riyals.

transport-2000 riyals.

Annual ticket-up and down-including family.

Dear Friend,

Since you are new in qatar salary should be approx between 8 to 10K start with 15k and end at 10k becoz here cost of living is high..

At least QR 15,000 salary

At least QR 10,000 accommodation

At least QR 2,000 transportation

Annual plane ticket to hometown including your wife, and 3 children at least

Children education up to 3 children at least

One month holiday with salary every year

Well if that is the case I mean anything around (5000-10000), I am happy here in India :)

regardless of what you 'ask' for, they will already have a figure in mind. prepare to be disappointed.

Qatar is flooded with unemployed IT people all hoping for a break. I can pick one up off the streets for 5000 plus accom and transport.
