Dear all,
i go two job offers one from KSA and the second one from Qatar
Qatar company is paying me some thing like
6000 SR with company car, I'll have to manage my house rent and all other things on my own.
And company in KSA is offering me
Basic=4000, House rent=1000, Fuel=200, Mobile allownce= 200
which totals 5400 SR

Please suggest what job to join,
as i am an electrical engineer with an experience of 13 months.

One important thing is that the job in Qatar is of my own field i.e; Electrical engineering. and the one in KSA is not exactly to my own field.

Come to Qatar. KSA is depressing.

Since you dont have much experience, and inside the country( Qatar/Saudi) you cannot change your job ,it better to take Saudi offer. stay there for 2-4 years, gain experience and then apply job in Qatar to get better offer.

Unfortunately both offers are crap. But it is worth bearing in mind that Qatar is more expensive than most western cities, which is laughable of couse.

Dear Friend,

The cost living in Qatar is very expensive than Saudi Arabia. I dont think the package is much different between.

Qatar:

1) House rent is very expensive

2) High Polution country

3) Food is expensive

4) Freedom Country

5) Salary increament is possibility

6) future job Country

Saudi Arabia:

1) House rent is very cheap

2) No Polution country

3) Food is not expensive ( Monthly not morethan SR 150)

4) No freedom

5) No possibility salary increament

6) No future job

Please compare with these 2 option and decide your self

if "SR" is Saudi Riyals, it means Qatar offers you QR5,800?? to electrical Engineer?? wow.. our receptionist gets paid 1,5 times more than that... I am not sure about Saudi, but in Qatar you cannot maintain normal life style with QR 5,800.. no way...

Depends upon what you are actually looking for, earning or experience. If you look at long run, gaining proper experience in your own field should be the choice. But if you are looking for salary wise, offer from Saudi appears better. However, is the offer from Qatar also in SR?

Trust me Saudi offer is much better for you in the long run. though the pkg is little less than the Qatar,

as you cannot live in 6K now a days in Qatar.

and its keep on increasing no sign of decrease, so select KSA job... Good luck!
